2009 Concert Programme In November we will be taking the lead role in the organisation of a Concert of Remembrance to coincide with Remembrance Sunday weekend. Once again we are delighted to announce that we will be joined by The Seaforth Highlanders, and we will indeed be performing Highland Cathedral (listen). The music programme is still being developed but rest assured we will be choosing music befitting of the occasion and designed to honour the selfless acts of so many in the name and defence of this country. And then Christmas will be upon us once more and our annual Christmas Concert in our home town of Ashby de la Zouch. Once again you can be assured a night of the best in seasonal music, and a generous seasonal supper! 2010 Concert Programme Looking ahead to next year and we already have a few events pencilled into the diary: In March we hope be giving the third Annual Mayor's Charity Concert; the date identified is Saturday 20th March. Discussions are ongoing regarding a second trip to Pithiviers as part of the 50th Anniversary of the Twinning with Ashby de la Zouch. All being well we will be returning to Ibstock, possibly late October or early November. So a busy year ahead. Watch this space for more details!
