Recruitment

Ashby Concert Band is always keen to recruit new members. In particular we are looking for brass instrument players to swell our ranks. So if you play Cornet/Trumpet, French Horn, Euphonium, Trombone or Tuba - or you know anyone who does and may like to join ACB - then please contact any member of the Band or Band Committee.

Entry Level

The entry level is ABRSM Grade 5 or equivalent. Admission is always subject to a satisfactory audition, but we don’t press new players to take their audition on the first night, or in front of everyone else, unlike some bands!
